Introducing Molly Redknapp, Head of Talent and Branding at Borne Talent.
Sport has always played a huge role in Molly’s life, and from an early age, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in management and branding for exceptional talent.
Over the past six years, Molly have worked with leading management and talent agencies specialising in talent management and brand partnerships. During this time, she identified a significant gap in opportunities for women in sports.
At Borne Talent and Branding, Molly’s mission is to spotlight female athletes and create equal opportunities in the industry. This includes nurturing young, undiscovered talent, helping them build a strong personal brand for both their active career and life beyond sport, as well as representing some of the world’s best-known female athletes in sports and commercial management.
While her specialty lies in supporting female talent, Molly’s approach and expertise is not exclusive to women. At Borne Talent and Branding, we welcome opportunities to work with exceptional male athletes and talent who align with Borne’s ethos and values. We take a hands-on, tailored approach to talent management, ensuring that each client receives personalised guidance and opportunities that align with their career goals.
Through close collaboration with Borne Media PR, we connect talent with the right partnerships, enhancing both their brand and long-term career prospects. After discussing talent aspirations, we develop a personalised strategic plan spanning 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. This structured approach breaks down key milestones into actionable steps, ensuring steady progress toward talent objectives. By regularly reviewing and refining the plan with achievable targets, we can adapt to new opportunities and challenges, keeping everyone on track for success with one-on-one support from our team.
